Paul Reardon, MD, has practiced adult psychiatry in Orange County since 1993. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care to individuals facing life’s emotional and psychological challenges.His clinical interests include trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and the integration of psychotherapy with modern psychiatric treatment. He also incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness practices, and holistic approaches when appropriate to support long-term healing.
